Meet Your Designer.
RCJ Services
At Refined, we offer in house ring sizings. This begins with an examination of the piece. We document all aspects of the ring. Size, weight, stones and create a digital file for the procedure. We show our clients any concerns we may have. Using advanced laser welding skills we are able to alter ring sizes and leave the ring completely perfect. Ring sizes start at $100 a piece.
At Refined we can offer chain and necklace repair. We have the ability to show to our clients the status of their chains. Many times a chain can be repaired although there are times when a chain has become so fine that it may need to be replaced. We also thoroughly refurbish chains and all types of clasps. We pride ourselves on being repair specialists.
This is the most important repair to us, stone tightening and claw repair. Claws or prongs, as they may be called, have a lifespan. The wear and tear of daily life wears down the metal. This is a fact whether your stone is claw, bezel, channel, or tension set. We offer FREE inspections, so please book a time to have your piece inspected by a certified professional. We use actual spools of precious metals in our laser welder to build the metals back up to perfection to keep your stones safe and secure. Also as a coloured stone amd diamond certified specialist and grader Carey is able to plot and document your stones for your piece of mind. Pricing on this is quoted prior to the labour being executed.
At Refined we are able to create a custom computer design just for you. This is a detailed design with all the stone sizes and qualities. If this is a new piece or we are using a stone from a previous piece we create perfection for the client in their proper size. We are then able to have the piece printed enabling the client to try-on the piece removing any stressful guess work! $250 is the price.
To Carey, luxury isn’t about labels—it’s about knowing where your diamond came from, who crafted it, and the story it will carry forward.
