I prefer not to accept cash payments over $1,000.
If you choose to pay more than $2,000 in cash, Canadian federal regulations require that I collect certain personal information and submit documentation to FINTRAC as part of anti–money laundering compliance. Government-issued identification will also be required, and your purchase may be held until the required documentation is cleared by a third party.

I currently do not work with a payment lender. As a small, independent business, I require a 50% deposit to begin any custom project. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your jewellery leaves my premises.

No. I believe jewellery should be experienced in person. I meet every client personally to ensure fit, design satisfaction, and understanding of the piece. I do not sell or ship jewellery online.

Because each piece is custom-made to order, I do not offer refunds.
In rare cases where a deposit needs to be returned, it will be refunded in the exact same form of payment originally used and only to the person who made the payment. No exceptions.
